About The Design

The firebox is fabricated from 1/4" mild steel for a balance between retaining and bleeding heat. This helps with temperature control and allows the fire to remain large enough so it is easier to maintain but also doesn't get too hot.
The smoke stack has a large diameter of 4" to 7" and a height of 3 to 6ft to ensure there is enough air flow.
These dimensions are dependent upon the total smoker chamber volume.
The smoker includes:
- Dual temperature gauges to help with temperature control on both sides of the cook chamber
- A removable scoop baffle plate for even heat distribution
- A ball valve and 2 gal bucket for easy grease collection
- A adjustable firebox door for temperature and smoke concentration control
- A stack damper for airflow control and even temperatures in the cook chamber

Custom metal cutouts on the cook chamber lid and firebox door are also included for a personalized look
